Payed twice for my AVG Internet Security (full protection)

We found a charge of EUR 54.99 was debited for the renewal of AVG Internet Security Multi-device on Aug 17, 2019. There is no other charges debited under your current account.
Instead, we see a charge of EUR 54.99 for AVG Internet Security multi-device debited on Oct 1, 2019. This is registered with a mispelled e-mail address (e**.bherz@t*net.be). Unfortunately, we couldn't process a refund for this charge. Reason being, refund policy (30 days). What we can do from our end is to merge the licenses into your existing account. Would that be okay for you?
You do have another subscription of AVG TuneUp renewed on October 19, 2019 registered with incorrect e-mail address. Do you wish to get a refund for this renewal?

Your company took twice 54,99 € through my Mastercard for AVG Internet Security program (full protection).  First time at 17 august 2019, second time at  2 october 2019.

    I did sent a letter on October 29 at Digital River Ireland, but received no response.

    Can I get back this second amount? Thank you

We sent you an e-mails explaining the account details. If the e-mail is not found in your inbox, do check your spam/junk folders as well.

I wish to get a refund foir this renewal.   But I want also that the second paiement of 54,99 € should be refunded.  I find it abnormal that your company takes twice 54,99 €.  May I receive your answer please ?
