Paying but not getting product

I see that you paid twice for the AVG TuneUp-Unlimited and it is valid till 2022.1.14. If you wish to get a Refund, please let me know and I'll assist you with it. To resolve your installation issue, I suggest you run our AVG Remover tool from here and then try to install it by following the steps provided in this article: Download, install, and activate AVG TuneUp - Unlimited

I believe I have paid a number of times for a two year renewal… i am thanked, then when i attempt to download, it says "Sorry, Error" & exits 
what's going on??
