This is a legitimate email notification from AVG, and you've been sent it because you agreed for the automatic renewal of AVG Internet Security (1 computer) license when you initially bought it. We try to be clear about this both before and after your purchase, and we explain how to cancel subscriptions in various places, including:
- In our shopping cart before purchase.
- In the confirmation email we send after purchase.
- In notification emails we send before charging for subsequent subscription periods.
I've canceled the automatic renewal as per your request and assure you will not be charged.
We currently have the AVG free protection. We have received an email, supposedly from AVG, saying they will take £99.99 from our account on 31 December 2018.
