I am bewildered! I have had (paid) AVG protection for YEARS and NEVER paid additional $$ for real time support. Now when I need support (will not update due to background application running" (of which I can not see anywhere) on a new notebook I have to pay $69.00 for help?? WHAT CRAP! Thinking of asking for a refund and going elsewhere!!!
