I have a subscription for Ultimate protection which covers for a VPN and other items for 1 to 10 devices but could not download the VPN to my phone. I downloaded VPN from the Play Store for a 1 week trial period thinking it will be sorted out. It was not. The process of cancelling was enormous and eventually ran out of time. Am now advised that I will be charged for this app but am already paying for the same service. Please help.
