Payment already charged

Hello,
My subscription expires on 9/2019… and today 25/01 AVG have charged my already a new subscription why?? it is supposed to be done on 09/02/2019 not today!! I was going to cancell it…
How can I get  a refund??'

You have been charged for the automatic renewal of AVG Ultimate.

As you were enrolled into the automatic renewal, you were charged 15 days before the expiry date for continuous protection.

AVG products are sold as subscriptions and remain valid until you cancel them. This is explained both during and after the purchase process.
Information about how to cancel a subscription is provided:

In the Customer information and Payment Method section of Shopping cart.
In the confirmation email we send after purchase.
In notification emails we send before charging you for subsequent subscription periods.
