I understand your concern on this purchase. I see from your record that you have an active subscription of AVG Secure VPN valid till 2021.1.9. You can download and install this product by following the below steps.
1. Click here to download AVG Secure VPN from the AVG website.
2. Run the downloaded setup file, and if prompted by the User Account Control, confirm permission to begin the installation process.
3. Select your language and click OK, then click Next to continue.
4. Tick I accept the agreement to confirm that you have read and accept the terms of the License Agreement, then click Next.
5. Click Browse… if you want to change the default installation folder, then click Next.
6. Click Install.
7. Click Finish.
Secure VPN is now fully installed. Activate your Secure VPN by logging in to your AVG MyAccount via AVG management console. Click on "go to Zen" from AVG Secure VPN to open AVG Zen dashboard.

I have a question about a payment; AVG told me today by e-mail that I did not pay and I have the proof that I HAVE PAYED on 9-1-2018 for AVG Secure VPN 3 years. Therefore I need the e-mailadress to sent AVG a copy of the payment. I think that there is a fault in the AVG-administration.
I don't have an e-mailadress and I don't have a telephonenumber of AVG, that is not correct. So send me the e-mailadress of AVG.
