Payment - bank transfer

Hello,

On 01.01.2021 I bought a paid version of AVG Internet Security. I paid immediately by bank transfer, entering the credentials that I received in mail (I chose this option intead of giving my credit card number). It is 05.01.2021 already, and I have still not received any info from AVG that the payment has been booked and registered in the system, and consequently, I have still not received my AVG subscription. When can I expect it is gonna happen?
