Payment but no subscription or account number

Hi there,

I just realised I am paying 93.99euro a year to AVG. I logged into my account and see I have no subscriptions though so I do not know what I am paying for. 
Also on the My Account tab I don't seem to have an account number even.
I want to understand what I am being charged for, and if I have been availing of any services of AVG at all - and if not I would like a refund. I also want to cancel any future payments to them.
I tried the online support chat but it just kept loading and I never got any further. 
Any help would be greatly appreciated, it all feels very kafka-esque trying to contact these big companies and there's no email or chat or real human to help you navigate it.
