Payment changes

hello, i want to change my billing payment method but when i go to my account it says i have no active subscriptions, i have received an email to state that they are going to automatically take the payment, but i need to change the details and i cannot get anywhere.

We are currently undergoing a major system update which may prevent your AVG products from appearing in your AVG MyAccount.
This issue does not impact the functionality of your previously installed products, nor does it affect the installation or activation processes of newly purchased AVG products.
This will not effect the accessing of the AVG product installed on your PC.
