Payment could not be processed

I got an e mail stating that AVG was unable to process my payment. When I want to change the credit card data, i get an error message.
This message states that I have to contact support. There starts an loop of messages, but no other way than asking the community to contact support. At present getting REALLY fed up with AVG as just keep going round in circles on so called contact us support links!!

Ik wil graag een overzicht zien van mijn AVG-abonnementen met vervaldag. Welke lopen nog tot 2026 en welke zou u aanraden bovenop de bestaande te kopen. Waarom ? Is mijn aangekocht programma niet volleldig voor bescherming ??? groeten, jpdepaepe@proximus.be

yeah same. I did manage to talk to a human by going to their social media and posting a message expressing my 1) issue and 2) irrtation at going around and arund their circle of “support” pages & AI bots. The humans attempted to resolve the issue but could not do so
