In this regard, we'd suggest you to initiate a chat with them by using this link, to update the card details. We're afraid as the option to update the payment method isn't available currently through the AVG My Account.

Please sort out your 'My Subscriptions' page, I've been trying to update the payment method for a few days & it just won't let me - I get an error message. It says to contact customer support - but no, I won't be phoning anyone to do so (I hate dealing with call centres). Just fix the bloody page & I can do it at my leisure. Why do companies make things so bloody difficult??
