We sent an email notification 10 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.
You have also subscribed to AVG Internet Security (60-day Trial). Would you like to cancel the auto renewal status of both orders?

We haven't initiated the refund, you can use AVG Tuneup until 2019.11.18. Thank you for being with us.
Please help me to cancel both of the auto renewal as i dont need it.
