I have been charged twice for "Tune-Up" and "Driver Updater".
I have a screenshot for each occurrence but I cannot attach them to this message because the image button asks for a web address instead of allowing me to browse for the image files on my PC! Please give me an email address to which I can send the screenshots?
Please will you refund me for one of each of the duplications, i.e. two?
Furthermore, I purchased a two year subscription for an AVG VPN on 20 April 2019 on order number 13689624110 and it is not showing as one of my subscriptions and I recently got a message appear on my desktop telling me my VPN had ended. This is what prompted me to look up my subscriptions and look what I found!
