recently I had a susbsription payment taken out of my bank account - I intened to allow the susbription to expire - I had no intenuion of renewing my subsription but as the transaction occurred allowed this to process without any objections. Overnight I was advised that another payment was taken out without my permission. I want to cancel my membership immediately with AVG and ask that all monies be returned to my bank account. I have attampted to try and located on your website how to cancel membrship but was unable to locate any information/process on how to do this I will be incontact with my financial instuitution on Monday
