We have paid for renewal of Kaspersky Anti - virus and have received Inv# 6441545731 from Digital River Ireland Ltd.
I omitted to copy the activation code when I made the payment and now our devices are still showing the notice that the anti - virus is due to "run-out" . Is the number (4029357733 Aus) showing on our bank statement the code in question ? If not, can you please email me the correct code for use to install the new anti- virus support on our devices.
Please note although the current payment is made in my name the original licence is in the name of my husband Michael Klyne
