Hello

There is no invoice of my annual subscription on my account, although the bank card has been debited since 23 September.
Also, the renewal of the subscription does not appear on my account, but it is stated that it expires on the above date, while the amount has been withdrawn from my bank card. 
It seems that my account is not updated with the payment and the renewal of my subscription.
How is this solved?
