Payment made for AVG Ultimate subscription

Hi,

I ordered the AVG Ultimate online on the 12/04/2017 and subsequently made a payment for it via bank transfer on the 19/04/2017. However, when I made the payment I used an incorrect reference number i.e. I did not use the reference number provided during the online purchase. Now I am struggling to get this issue rectified. I have tried contacting the support centre and chatted with an agent online but he failed to assist. During the chat I uploaded the proof of payment with a copy of the order and proforma invoice. Thereafter i sent an email with the exact same information and documents to support@help.avg.com. I still have no response or any feedback as yet. Cna anybody, please assist, pleeease?!
