Payment made for what?

Received notice from PayPal that I made payment to AVG eCommerce CY Limited of $58.53. Made on 4 Jan 2022 Transaction ID 5GR06189RL602704U. What is the charge for?  My Virus protection does not expire until 22 Feb 2022.  Please clarify what this is for.
