I request you to open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > click on remove license/logout > wait for two minutes > login to an exiting network using you email address @gmail.com. Your AVG Internet Security will be activated automatically, you might need to reboot your computer once. If the issue still persists, then please share a screenshot of the pop up which shows trial to assist you further. You can post the screenshot here on your topic. On 13-12-2017 you collected Eurro 75,99 as per invoice 3802449312 for a 1 year subscription to AVG Ultimate. This payment seems not to have been booked to my AVG account and I did not receive a validation key by email. I received the invoice at my other email address wfroo*****@gmail.com.
At the moment I'm using the trial version that expires within 3 weeks. Thanks for your prompt attention.

Please be informed that your AVG Ultimate subscription is registered under @Gmail.com address. You must login to AVG app using the registered email address for the app to sync with your AVG account and activate the paid subscription. Please let us know if you do not remember the password for @Gmail.com address so I can send you an email to reset it.
