I renewed my AVG Internet Security subscription and paid for it, but neigher the payment nor the subsctibtion are not visible on my account. The order reference is (removed)and was paid on Feb 7th 2020 - I can provide transfer confirmation if needed. I did not receive any email with any instruction or confirmation that the paymet was received or how to activate my renewed subscribtion. Renewal is also not visible on my account neighter via web nor application interface.

Please advise hot to resolve my subsctibtion issue or receive refund.
