On checking your account you have been charged for AVG Internet Security (Multi-device) for €59.99 on 24th July 2019 from your different email address registered with AVG.
I have cancelled the auto-renewal for the subscription, so you will not be charged in future.
I have also sent an email with detailed information of the other AVG account. Please check the email and reply if you need further clarifications.

Each year you are subtracting an amount on my icredit card, for using AVG virus protection, but I am using this tool not at all, for about four years!
It was subtracted with the explanation :"DRI AVG TECHNOLOGIES ORDERFIND COM IRL", on July 24, 2019.
PLease could you help me getting off from this?
Last year I also tried tot stop this, hopefully now with more success!

Thank you for your super quick reaction. I never succeeded to get in contact with someone, and paid yearly an amount without enjoying a product of AVG!
