Payment on app not showing up

I see that you bought AVG AntiVirus Pro for Android. To see mobile subscriptions in AVG MyAccount, log into the mobile AVG app with your AVG Account.

Open AVG AntiVirus for Android on the Home screen of the device you used to make the purchase.
Tap Menu in the top-left corner and tap AVG Account.
Log into your AVG Account that was used to make your purchase.

So I signed up on the app. But don't see it on website
