Payment, Product list,

I have tried every other way of getting a response to my multiple problems with AVG; maybe this will work.

1) My product list is showing only the Free Anti- Virus
2) 2 payments have been taken from my bank account on April 26th '19. Both are for DR AVG TECHNOLOGIES and different prices. One could be Tune-up because the amount is right but I have today received a reminder that it has not been paid for!!!
3) They say, however, that they cannot find my account. I have sent them all the info requested but received no response. 

Needless to say, I am extremely annoyed

This isn't the experience we want you to have. Let us attempt to sort this through this channel.
However, upon checking our records, we're unable to see any previous incident other than the Secure VPN refund request.
You might have used a different email address to reach us earlier. If not, help us with the ticket # (if any).

1. Could you please let us know if AVG My Account (online portal) shows that you've a free subscription or the AVG program installed on your computer?
2. Upon checking your account, we see a charge ($53.98) on 26th April. It is for the AVG Internet Security.
3. An email has been sent to you requesting few info to locate the other charges. Please revert to us via email with the info (again) to locate charges & proceed further.
