Hi there, I started the AVG free trial awhile age, now during the free trial I thought to perches a 12 month protection software. So I did. I went through the process, paid a discounted price of NZD$35.88 down from about $85NZD. I went through the download process, entered the activation code via my account area, then I ran a scan and it found some issues. So I clicked on the resolve button and it took me straight the page where you perches anti-virus and internet security software. I clicked on the continue button hoping it would prompt me that I have paid and telling me to put in the product code but it did not. It just gave me more option of software to perches. So I check my bank account and now I have be charged a further NZD$44.28
I would like a refound of that NZD$4428 and what have I done wrong? What has AVG done wrong? What do I needs to be done to make this right?
