I am finding some considerable confusion with both my account subscription details and my payment history details. Can someone please contact me to sort this out please as soon as possible. There seems also to be some confusion with the upcoming payments and expiry dates.
I understand I have current subscription to
AVG Internet Security (multiple device)
Paid €47.99 on Oct 13, 2023 for 1 year subscription
Current subscription renewal due Nov 4, 2024
Hope this application will continue to be active between Oct 13 and Nov 4.
AVG Breach Guard
Paid €33.36 on Nov 10, 2023 for 2 years subscription
Current subscription renewal due Oct 6, 2025.
Should renewal date be Nov 10, 2025?
AVG 3 -in-1 Performance Bundle
Paid €119.99 on Aug 15, 2024 for 2 years subscription
Current subscription renewal due July 11, 2026
Should renewal date be Aug 15, 2026?
AVG Anti Track
Paid €38.99 on April 24, 2024 for 1 year subscription following a free trial period
Paid again €57.36 on 28 April, 2024 for years subscription.
It would appear I have inadvertently paid for a 3 year subscription which was never my intention. Could I now ask for a refund of the €38.99 paid on April 24, 2024 as the 2 year subscription is better value.
Renewal will then be due 28 April, 2026.
I am also having some technical difficulties with AVG Tune Up, Breach Guard and Driver Updater which I would like some help with.
