PAYMENT REFUND (unauthorized payment)

Today I realized that on June 12 a charge was made that I did not authorize on my card, I have never created an account and I even saw that last year 100 soles (27 dollars) were charged without authorization, now it is 218 soles and even in the invoice it only appears 199 (53 dollars), but in my bank the total amount is 218 soles (58 dollars), it is not fair that they have to make these movements without authorization, I have already requested the refund, I hope that if the mark is ethical and responsible, solve this problem and return the full amount to me.

Hoy me di cuenta que el 12 de Junio se realizó un cobro que no he autorizado en mi tarjeta, yo nunca he creado una cuenta e incluso vi que el año pasado se cobraron 100 soles (27 dólares) sin autorización, ahora son 218 soles e incluso en la factura solo aparece 199 (53 dólares), pero en mi banco el monto total es 218 soles (58 dólares), no es justo que tengan que realizar estos movimientos sin autorización, ya he solicitado el reembolso, espero que si la marca es ética y responsable, solucione este problema y me devuelva el monto total.
