Payment refund

Can anyone please help on an escalation process for refunds. I have been chasing a refund of £64.99 since January and the response im getting is just not good enough. How can a company be so quick to take money from your account but then not adhere to their own payment refund policy of 5-7 days refund after the cancellation. There is no means of talking to anyone directly and im simply left with email tennis. AVG, You are one of the worst companies i have ever purchased from
