Last september I received a notification that my AVG subscription would expire.
I did not intend to prolongue .
By the end of september an amount of 93.99€ was taken via my paypall account.
( apparently I gave a sepa outhorization ? ). On 3/10 the transaction was registered on my bank account.
I thought, ok so I am protected for another year. No worries.
But now I keep receiving messages from AVG that my subscription has expired since 3/11???
How can it be that they take the money, but don't activate the protection.
When I try to contact somebody, I only find Faq's and guidances that take me nowhere.
Does anybody know how to get in contact with the sales support ?
