Payment subscription

I want to know if any of you also has had a problem concerning subscription. I just activated my already payed subscribtion today August 5.th., but now I can see, that the next payment allready is in May 2022. Why is that? It should be running for at whole year.

If any of you know who and how to get in touch with AVG without calling them on the phone, just sending them an ordinary mail. I would like to know what to do.
