Payment Taken But No Subscription Provided - How to Fix?

I am looking for an email address that I can send proof of payment to AVG for a subscription that I did not receive.

I'm happy to send a screen shot of my AVG account that shows no subscription. I'm happy to send my PayPal payment confirmation to DigitalRiverUS for $60.95 for the purchase of AVG for Mac.

I called customer support which, for my protection, could not look up my payment information to determine why I did not receive an email with an activation code. I asked - send my email another activation code. AVG says we have no record under the email I provided. I asked - here is my proof of payment, under what account was it credited? They said, sorry, we cannot look up that information. 

Can anyone at AVG send me their email so that I can send proof of payment? How hard can this be? Either send me an activation code, or refund the payment. It's that simple.

BTW: you should allow refund requests to be sent without an order number or license number. In my case, I have neither and am unable to email your company about this unusual situation.
