Payment taken from bank account. Refund required

A payment has been taken by AVG Dublin from my bank account without my permission or authorisation. I want to raise a dispute and ask for a refund. Could you please contact me by email in the first instance. Your online support is not working and I cannot find a UK phone number to contact you. Thank you

contact your bank ASAP and raise the issue with them as a unauthorised transaction. The UK number does not work.
