Payment Taken from My account

Hi Guys…Back in 2016 I took out a 2 year contract with yourselves…The software worked OK at first then it started to slow the processing down, eventually "Locking the System".
The only way to get my system running again was to sadly un-install AVG.
I contacted you and asked to cancel my future subscription.
Christmas Day 2018 you took another 2 years subscription from my account of £69:99 (Invoice No 55872438600).
Would you please reimburse that back into my account.

You have been charged GBP69.99 recently for the renewal of AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) (2 Years) license as the auto renewal was cancelled only after the charge was taken for this renewal.
As per your request, we have intiiated the refund for this charge and an email explaining its status has been sent.
There are no active AVG licenses on your ****@blueyonder.co.uk account.

We have processed the refund for the recent charge and your payment method chosen for purchase was "PayPal Express".
Hence, you will get the refund amount credited via same payment method.
There is no AVG license on your account that has auto renewal enabled.
You will get the email reminder to renew your PC TuneUp license which is expiring on 9th January 2019, which you can ignore.

Hi Bala…Thanks for quick responce …That's right, I did not have the use of it very long at all …But I expected to have to pay for the rest of the year …How do I stop future 2 year licences ?.. Is it set in P/Pal account or my bank account ?
