£49.99 has been taken from my bank account WITHOUT my knowledge or permission. This occurred on 11th March 2022. I have NO subscriptions with AVG. ALL my orders were cancelled with AVG two years ago!! WHY have you taken money from my account? Would you please make an IMMEDIATE REFUND of £49.99 into my bank or I will be forced to contact the Financial Ombudsman to deal with this through the British Court system. This is NOT permitted activity by your company and I am absolutely furious with AVG. How dare you take money from my bank account when I have NO orders or subscriptions with AVG!!!
