I'm so annoyed. I terminated the AVG Tuneup trial offer in November, and did not expect any charges to be levied. Last night, I got a PayPal notification that you've taken £59.99 to pay for the product. I don't know why the cancellation didn't go through, but I need this money back so I have just put in for a refund and I hope I get it. This seems to have happened to several people, and I am now very wary of ever trying one of your products again.
