Payment taken out of my bank acc without any authority

You have taken $104.99 out of my account without authorisation on the 6th May 2020. I have no active subscriptions whatsoever as the have all been cancelled.
Could you please give me a reason for taking this payment.  I have entered a with my bank disputing the transaction.
