Payment taken without consent

Payment of £59.99 (Dri*avg technologies)has been taken from my account even though I don’t have a subscription indicated on my account.  I have an email from 2018 stating my subscription has been cancelled. 


Can someone explain to me why this has happened and how to cancel any further payments/ getting a refund?
