I never made this transaction.

I want to cancel this payment a get my money back.

I found on my account statement a payment to "DRI*AVG TECHNOL SHANNON, CO. from June 14. (amount 256.77 HKD = 33 USD ). I am not aware of having made neither any payment like this nor authorization of it.
I want to cancel this payment a get my money back. What should I do for it?
