I have been asked to update payment details for over month now. You log in and get the stupid system saying whoops been a glitch try again later. you cannot get tech help or even if AVG know about this error. Seriously considering cancelling and paying more to another sevice.

I’ve got the same problem. I just keep getting the ‘glitch’ and it seems impossible to contact a human. I just get stuck in a circular FAQ /help loop. I am on the verge of cancelling all - if that is possible.

I have had the same problem for several weeks. My credit card has been cancelled so AVG won’t get any money when renew comes around. Why won’t they allow me to update my credit card details?
