You purchased AVG Internet Security (Multi-device) at the costs of EUR 39.99 on Sep 26, 2019. Then, paid  EUR 39.99 for AVG AntiTrack subscription on Oct 18, 2019. AVG AntiTrack is a privacy application designed to keep your identity safe from the latest online tracking techniques.
Apart from this, you have the below active products:
AVG Secure VPN for Windows, valid until November 5, 2021;
AVG Internet Security - Unlimited, valid until July 31, 2021;
AVG PC TuneUp (1 computers), valid until May 3, 2020.
If you prefer, we will go ahead and merge the identical subscriptions of AVG Internet Security. Would that be okay for you?

Dear Mr., Mrs., On sept. 27th and Oct. 19th I have paid you actually double so I get 39.99 euro back! for the extension of password protection. And onOct.30th I paid for VPN 59.99 euro.
All the time I get warnings that I have to prolonge my subscription. What happened can you explain me?

Hi Elly, 
I am glad to inform you that we merged the identical subscription of AVG Internet Security Multi-device. The new validity is Jun 10, 2022. 
Unfortunately, we don't have an option to merge the other existing products with this subscription.
Can you share the screenshot (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=AVG-Create-screenshot&supportType=home) of the renewal notices that you receive?
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on "Answer" & then click on the "Image" [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Thank you for your explanation. Please merge the identical subscription of AVG internet security, including everything I have paid for… When I write this answer to you I still get warnings about extending contracts . Please can you arrange that this will stop !!! Thank you in advance! E. Berndsen
