When you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as "Continuing Protection Service"), the subscription will continue until you have cancelled it. You will receive an email regarding the automatic extension of AVG subscription before 45 days and will be billed 15 days before the product expires.

Hi,

AVG took money form my VISA-account without my  permission. And I even don't get to use the AVG anti-virus. How do I stop the anti-virus and that they stop taking money from my VISA-account?
If I don't get my money back, how can I installate the anti-virus because it isn't installated on my computer even though I "payed" for it.
