Payment without subscription

Last year I cancelled all my subsciptions. To my dismay I just saw a payment on my credit card. 
I have been looking everywhere how to file a complaint, that seems impossible to find. 

How do I get my money back, as I don't have any subsciptions anymore? So I can't fill out the forms online for a refund, as you have to put information I don;t have.

Help is appreciated.
