Dear AVG Support Team,
I am submitting a formal complaint regarding repeated unauthorized charges.
I do not have any active AVG subscriptions. Despite previous requests to remove my payment details, charges have continued and my messages have remained unanswered.
I request the immediate removal of my payment information and confirmation in writing. If this issue persists, I will proceed with a bank chargeback and further action under EU consumer and GDPR regulations.
