I have subscribed the following products:
- AVG TuneUp (Multi-device), next charge July 21st 2022
- AVG Internet Security (Multi-device) + (gift) BreachGuard (Multi-device), next charge April 18th 2022

Yesterday Digitalrive AV tried to charge me for 59.99 EUR, that seems related to an older subscription of AVG Tuneup. It may be that I made a mess between new subscriptions and renewals but could you check if there is something in suspended state that should be canceled?
