Hello, on 25th of december there is € 54.99 payed from my credit card. I had before AVG try out protection which was not working. It was then also very strange that for the try out there was also a payment of this amount. The laptop is crashed in januari 2019 and I had to buy a new one It then slipped through my mind that I have to claim back the payment. But now it happens again and because this protection is totally useless for me you can imagine that I do not want to pay for something I do not want. Can you please pay me back the € 54,99, or do I have to arrange this with the creditcard company? Hope to hear soon!
