Payments i do not agree with

on chec k my bank statements i find 2 withdrawals i did not authoise 31/824 £84.99 and2/9 /24. £69.99The first amount iassume is for renewal which ibelieve i saididid not want and posted this to you in mid august.the second item i have no idea what this is for and  i certainly did not  want. any furtherservices from you.my wife and i are both in our late 80s and my is suffering from alzheimer:s.we certainlycannot afford to lose so much moneyI would appreciate a speedy response and  a refund of our money less ,if you tihink necessary your provision of services from early sept.I await your reply.
