Paypal *digitalrive avg

I was charged 17.88 Euros on my Paypal account and I have absolutely nothing to do with AVG. My protection is and always has been AVAST. What is going on? I think this has happened before. It took me a long time and effort to get my money back. About this time of year. PLEASE  fix this immediately

Today my debit card was charged for 33 EUR. Title of this money transfer is PAYPAL *DIGITALRIVE AVG. I don`t know what is going on, but I want to know how I can get my money back. Please, help me find any solution.
