Do you receive those emails normally when AVG is disabled?

I run AVG free and have done for over 10 years and never had a problem with viruses (Best money I have never spent) . In the last 24 hours I have had 'payment recieved' emails from paypal being tagged as SUSPICIOUS MESSAGE's . I have double checked paypal and these payments are legit and apply to ebay sales …Anyone lese getting this. 
I have not changed anything so I can only gather its new feature thats come through in an update?

I hope you dont mind me adding to this thread, but this has just started happening to me.

All of my PayPal emails are being moved to AVG Quarintine and marked as: HTML:Paypal-B [Phish]

Any ideas on how to stop this?

Hi. Im starting to think this may not be an AVG problem. I have turned the software off and it makes no difference. I dont have another comp to play with so cant try another way and I use thunderbird mail client on win10 platform.

Other paypal emails are coming in fine …its only the ones that have an item number on them that are getting tagged. I will contact my ISP and see if its something they are doing

They are coming in with the subject field

 [SUSPICIOUS MESSAGE] Item no.332327050*** - Notification of an Instant Payment Received from ************

They normally have the same data but without the suspicious message bit
I asked this question on an ebay forum as well and I had another person say they were having the same problem
