I did disable AVG and was able to log in to PayPal just fine. That is why I contacted AVG. I don't know what the problem was, but I suspect that it was something my ISP was doing. I was able to take my laptop to a wireless hotspot and log in just fine with AVG running.
Then the problem stopped on the 10th.

After an update, with the AVG firewall turned on I can't access PayPal. The logs show a bunch of blocked request from 224.0.0.22. This is on all 3 of my computers.
Any ideas?
