I'd like to inform you that this seems to be a PC related issue. Please check the "Startup" menu and disable any applications that might be taking large resources.
And it is not recommended to use more than one security program in a computer. If you are using any other security program other than AVG, please you remove it.
Once you have disabled the startup programs, restart your computer and check the status.

about 4 days ago my hp pc flipped to a boot time of 11 minutes. there is nothing different i have added or removed from the pc. cleared off my desktop to minimize and "overhead". the screen is black for 99% of the time. the screen is completely black until the the "hp" logo appears ~9 min into the start-up, then there is more black screen until the microsoft login screen appears. any ideas what's going on? thanks
